Welcome

I am Emily, a Level 5 qualified Sleep Practitioner, with over 20 years experience working with babies and children, in both mainstream and SEN settings. As one of only a very few certified autism, ADHD and anxety sleep specialists, I can offer a tailored approach for families experiencing severe and complex sleep issues.  I am also a mum of five, so I have certainly experienced my share of sleepless nights!

My role is to offer gentle and non-judgemental support and advice. I believe that quality sleep is essential for your child's physical and emotional wellbeing, and I am here to support you in achieving that.
